This Self Catering Diving Holiday in Bugibba, Malta is available for between 1 and 12 persons staying in self catering apartments just behind the coast road of Bugibba. It is a central good location to gain access to most dive sites around the island and also an excellent base for those wishing to do some dives in Gozo, Comino or Mellieha. You are ideally located to gain access to a number of dives around the Maltese Islands which vary in types from wreck dives, caves dives to topography dives and also vary in difficulty from beginner dives to more advanced dives. Learning to dive in Bugibba is also an option due to the shallow approaches off the sandy beaches in Mellieha and surrounding areas. It is an affordable option for couples and groups as it offers basic but comfortable accommodation at discounted prices.
This Diving Holiday to Bugibba includes 10 Guided Dives per person inclusive of weights and air, 7 Nights Self Catering Accommodation, Transfer from Malta International Airport to Apartments.
The Diving
You will be diving in the North of Malta, where your diving centre will individually design your dive pack depending on your abilities and wishes. They incorporate enthusiasm with their vast diving and teaching experience, which is reflected in their hand-chosen crew, making your diving experience a more memorable one.
You will be picked up every day from your accommodation and taken to the dive centre to do your 10 Dive Pack. Typically, you will do one dive in the morning, have some lunch and then do another dive in the evening. However, the options are flexible and you may wish to do a night dive or take a boat trip to Gozo or Comino. Due to the location of the dive centre they are fortunate that alot of the good dives are very close, however everything in Malta is not far away and for those a little further away transport is arranged via diving trucks or by their custom designed dive boat (BWA 7.5m with a 225hp E-Tec engine). Having this boat allows access to the rare dive sites that other centres cannot get to and gives the diver an opportunity to dive a less frequented dive.

Where? - Bugibba & Qawra
Up until the early 1970s these did not exist. Officially two separate suburbs, it is very difficult to distinguish where one ends and the other begins. For the record, Bugibba faces St Pauls Bay whilst Qawra overlooks Salina Bay.
Today they are Maltas premier holiday resort, with hotels and eateries to suit all pockets and tastes. Pubs, discotheques, nightclubs, cinemas, bingo halls and a casino make up the nocturnal entertainment fare.
During the long hot days of summer there is swimming off the rocks plus a brand new sandy beach that was created in 2006. In winter, meanwhile, both Bugibba and Qawra are well endowed with shops to pass the time. Bugibba is also the starting off point for most sightseeing tours, that can be bought from the many tour agents in the area or you can pre book with us at discounted prices. Here one can also hire a car, scooter or a bike; rental prices are the lowest in Europe.
The Accommodation
Falcon Court is a block of self catering apartments situated in the heart of Bugibba within St. Paul`s Bay. Falcon Court is just about 100 metres away from the clear blue Mediterranean Sea. They are one of the most affordable self catering options in Bugibba and very good value for money for families or for groups. A family run business that prides itself on offering value for money.
The apartments come in 1, 2 or 3 bedroomed apartments and although basic in terms of facilities they offer a clean and comfortable place to base your stay in Malta. All rooms have a kitchen and eating area, main bathroom with either shower or bath and the bedrooms which have single beds in them. Some have balconies but the main attraction is the location and the value for money they provide.
